Are you coming?
What a ride 2020 has been!
Even more so for you - the busy, modern mum. Do you need a rest?
As parents, we've been given even more of the domestic mental load to carry this year than we thought possible.
We’re all feeling the effects of the monumental stress of 2020; if you are too, you're not alone.
We’ve created something special for you to help you recharge...
MamaLab Retreats is inviting you to join us on retreat in the countryside, to take some essential time all to yourself to retreat into nature, restoration, and YOU!
Come rest, tuck into nourishing food (without having to clean up after!), get cozy with like minded women and leave feeling revived to take on the remainder of 2020.
After speaking to many of our clients and friends, MamaLab Retreats has developed a series of wellbeing retreats for you, giving you the space you need to relax, breathe and connect.
Whether you're in need of one day of nourishment, or a whole weekend, we have created the perfect retreat for you.
